Processing time

Orders are prepared and shipped from the USA within 2 business days. You receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.

Delivery times

• United States: 3–7 business days
• Mexico, Canada, Dominican Republic and Haiti: 7–20 business days

Shipping costs

Shipping is free in the US on orders over $99. Otherwise, shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination and weight.

Customs and duties

International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes charged by the destination country. These are the customer's responsibility.

Lost or damaged parcels

Contact us at hello@mamahair.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date and we will open an investigation with the carrier.
